Can I open the locker multiple times?
Yes, you can open it as many times as you want during your booking.
"What happens if I collect my luggage later than the scheduled time?
No problem. The locker will lock for security, but you can pay for the extra time directly at the local Kiosk to open it.
What should I do if my suitcase doesn't fit in the reserved locker?
Don't worry. Contact us via the phone number found at the store, and we will remotely reassign you a larger locker (subject to availability and an extra fee).
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours before you can do it yourself on our website using your BookingID. For later cancellations, please contact the store and we will evaluate your request.
How do I access the store?
Once the booking is completed, you will receive a PIN via email and WhatsApp. This code opens both the main entrance door and your specific locker.
